Biography
Kelly C. Snider, Esq., spent several years working extensively in the field of family law. After getting an inside look at the traditional practice of divorce, Kelly decided to focus her legal practice on helping couples through the dissolution process with the art of mediation, with the hope of aiding couples through the divorce process in a more peaceful and effective manner. Her Peaceful Dissolution Program is designed to protect families and children from the harmful effects of a traditional divorce, and further provides the additional benefits of being time efficient, cost effective, and allowing a divorcing couple to maintain control of theirs and their family’s future.
Kelly received her Juris Doctorate from Western State University, College of Law in Southern California after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development, with a minor in Psychology, from Brigham Young University. Kelly underwent extensive training in Domestic Mediation through Innovative Training Solutions Center and has worked with a variety of couples, assisting them in their dissolution process.
Kelly has also dedicated countless hours to service in the community, including being a part of the J. Reuben Clark Community Lawyering Program, Utah’s Victim’s Advocates, Utah’s Legal Clinic, and Humanitarian Aid. Kelly has further spent time as a child advocate, working along side minor’s counsel, Daniel J. Boehm, and Utah’s Guardian ad Litem office, in her quest to assist children in need of legal assistance.
